the quest for Australia (the introduction)
Welcome to my blog. Allow me to explain the name, arabemigrant.com.
Every Arab is obsessed with emigrating. For me, it's nothing less than Australia. Why Australia? Because it's probably the only place on earth that still has its freedoms and its wide spaces, mountains, lakes, rivers and unadulterated nature.
Join me on my journey to emigration. I will keep an online journal of my (many) attempts to gain access to Australia, along with all the good things and the bad things that take place along this quest.
Needless to say, this young Arab male is no terrorist. Here, you won't find plots or plans, hate or anger, resentment or murderous intentions. I can't pilot an airplane either. Fear not, Australia. I am only looking for a brighter future, and possible a small dip on Bondi Beach.
